Dancing Faeries
The following YouTube Video was created by Kate, one
of our facilitators at our ELF (Enchanted Living Forest)
School held last year at the Mountain Light
Sanctuary in NC.
The Dancing Faeries came about during our last
activity after we had explored the Enchanted Forest along the Dragon
River. A Faerie Mound was discovered across from the main
entrance to the Mountain Light Sanctuary on top of a
boulder, where Kate and Lori went to explore and discovered
these two faeries dancing as seen in the following video.
You will hear Lori thanking the faeries for their dance in the
video and experience Kate and her channeling of Ariel. So sit
back & enjoy this amazing video of the Dancing Faeries!
Walk away from a havoc materialistic life

gold. Go outside for a walk even if it is only for a
mile. Look at the sky, all the animals.. breathe the fresh
air! Listen to the trees for they are good listeners That do

Elder's Meditation of the Day
"We need to save those Elders who cannot speak for themselves --
the trees." --Haida Gwaii, Traditional Circle of Elders
The trees are the Elders of the Earth. Go to the forest or to the
mountains and find a young tree. Then find an old tree. Spend time
with each. Sit by the young tree and listen to your thoughts. Then
move to an old tree and listen to your thoughts again. Just being in
the presence of an old tree, you will feel more calm. Your thoughts
will contain wisdom and your answers will be deeper. Why is this so?
These old trees know more, have heard more, and are the Elders of
the Earth. We must ensure these trees live so we can learn from
them.

Elder's Meditation
"Even the trees have spirits - everything has

The trees are great teachers. The trees are
great listeners. That is why we should meditate in their
presence. The Great spirit is in every rock, every animal,
every human being and in every tree. The Great Spirit has been
in some trees for hundreds of years. Therefore, the trees have
witnessed and heard much. The trees are the Elders of the
Elders. Their spirits are strong and very healing.
Great Spirit, teach me respect for all
spiritual things.
